3. SHIPMENT CONFIRMATION & ORDER TRACKING
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s) once your order has shipped. The tracking number will become active within 24–48 hours.

4. DAMAGES & LOST PACKAGES
If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us immediately at support@rovixostore.shop with your order number. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund promptly.
